Janda?
A jandha is a long bamboo that is
used by Hindus during the Hanuman poojay. The Jandha is capped by flags.
Normally, people that take vows will be offered an opportunity to raise
the flag. It is a symbolic manifestation of the individual that is aiming
to get closure to the divine.

est un long bambou utilisé par les hindous pendant la puja d’Hanuman pour
y accrocher des drapeaux. Ceux qui font des vœux hissent le drapeau. Il
s’agit de la manifestation symbolique de l’individualité qui vise à se
rapprocher du divin.
